Since so many people now work from home the most common combination is a main floor garage with a second floor office space. However, we have built dance studios, wood working shops, playrooms and art studios, and outfitted some with full baths and kitchenettes.

Complete bathroom transformations are a frequent small project that Archetype performs with minimum disturbance to the home during construction and since most “gut level” renovations can be performed for between $17,000 - $30,000, many families find that this upgrade is one that they can afford.
